ASSIST Project – Proof of Concept of the Politecnico di Torino

The ASSIST research project wins the Proof of Concept funding of the Politecnico di Torino, jointly funded by the MISE – Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico and the Politecnico di Torino.

The objective of the ASSIST project is to develop automatic algorithms to support the pathologist during the reporting phase.  The algorithms to be developed aim at automatic detection of cancer and extraction of quantitative parameters.
