AEQUIP is a partner in PiemontAIS – Piemonte, Intelligenza Artificiale e Salute, a project focused on the development of advanced Artificial Intelligence technologies for healthcare.
The project operates within the ICT healthcare sector and explores solutions based on Large Language Models, Deep Learning and Computer Vision, with applications in clinical practice, medical research and healthcare management. Alongside the technological developments, PiemontAIS also addresses the legal and ethical implications of introducing AI into healthcare.
Led by Santer Reply, the project brings together the University of Turin, the SMEs Augeos, Wave, No Real Interactive and AEQUIP, and the start-up T4MED. CSI Piemonte will support the transfer and promotion of project results within Piedmont’s Public Administrations, while ASL CN2, San Luigi Hospital, ASL TO3 and Azienda Sanitaria Zero will contribute to requirements gathering and validation of the developed solutions.
